Established Networks 

Client 1 Situation: We were assisting a client with a charitable function. Their internal events team was managing their fundraising internally, and we were tasked with overall event management and budget control. At a meeting with the client they mentioned they had been quoted a significant figure to hire a fundraising game for this function.

The Event & Conference Co. Result: We have a well established database of Perth professionals made up of event attendees, members and clients. A recent member had met with one of our staff and mentioned her newly formed venture and was looking for promotional opportunities. When the client mentioned this particular fundraising option, it seemed like a great opportunity to connect these two. Ultimately we were able to save the total amount and provide a better alternative in a contra arrangement. Both parties were very happy with the outcome.

Save Time & Money

Client 1 Situation: The client had gone directly to a venue for a quote on a full day conference including venue hire, food, beverage and cocktail function. They had sent the quote to us before signing (luckily). We then were able to quickly obtain a quote from a comparative/better hotel (one of our preferred suppliers) to show the client.

The Event & Conference Co. Result: We managed to save the client over $5000 instantly without adjusting the overall requirements or catering numbers.

Client 2 Situation: This particular client was based out of the state and had been referred to us for event management assistance. They had enquired at a few venues but had a clear preference. This particular venue provided a quote for the client and listed their preferred suppliers.

The Event & Conference Co. Result: The client had not yet signed the quote, so we managed to negotiate a hefty saving in venue hire (due to our buying power). Our preferred AV company were also able to provide a quote which was well below the other supplier. Overall this client saved 40% on their original cost.
